What materials do you use?

Each piece is handcrafted using carefully selected beads, chains, findings, and other jewelry components chosen for beauty, wearability, and style. Specific materials are listed in each product description whenever possible. All jewelry can be made with sterling silver (925 stamped) for a small fee.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Each necklace is thoughtfully handcrafted by me in Idaho. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur—making each item uniquely its own.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping for a small fee.

Will my necklace look exactly like the photo?

I do my best to photograph each piece as accurately as possible. Because of differences in screen settings and the handmade nature of each item, slight variations in color or placement may occur.

How long are your necklaces?

Necklace lengths vary by design. The length of each piece is included in the product description so you can find the fit that works best for you.

Do you offer custom orders?

Where are you located?

Treasure Valley Creations is based in Idaho's Treasure Valley, and each piece is handcrafted in the Treasure Valley.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
